Reports to: Marketing Manager
Location: Burlington

Seeking a Web Developer/Webmaster to join the Marketing Department. Successful candidate will oversee multiple company websites including development, design and maintenance and working with staff plus any outside contractors to execute web-based initiatives.

Qualifications
Must have 4-year degree and/or 3-5 years applicable work experience in the following: 
  • Web development/design/maintenance experience, including basic to intermediate skills in  HTML, CSS, XML, SQL and Javascript (skills in Visual Studio, C#, ASP.Net optional but helpful)
  • Intermediate web design, cross-platform practices and GUI usability skills
  • Intermediate experience with database-driven websites including XML-based development
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge for implementing search engine optimization strategies
  • Mobile website development plus HTML5 (optional)
  • Ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner as needed
  • Excellent communications and cross-functional teamwork skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently
